After working in a corporate company in Bot research & extension stream for nearly 6 years, Kayalvizhi has turned her profession into training as a soft skill trainer in the Education field. She decided to develop many versatile personalities who can be a better person through her tailor-made training modules. Kayalvizhi strongly believes in the uniqueness of each & everyone’s potential and anyone can reach their full potential if managed well and provided with required guidance and tools. Kayalvizhi ensures that the participants properly understand the learnings of her training session and practically implement them in their day-to-day life to get desired results.

Kayalvizhi is an undergraduate in Agriculture specializing in Research & Extension. She started her career with Rajshree Sugars & chemicals ltd as a Farmer training officer & Research Scientist related to career. She can develop & customize training modules specific to the client’s requirements. Her sessions are multilingual with proficiency in English, Tamil & Malayalam.

She conducts training session on Time Management Technique, Leadership and Communication Skills & Team work for Corporates, Queen Size team, JCI organization, Educational Institutions students & Teachers.
