The answer to this lies in the vision of Dr. Rajan who decided to be a full-time professional in the training industry in 1996. From his diverse experience of conducting public workshops and being a much sought-after training consultant for various corporates including CADD CENTRE, TCS, SRF, TVS, RAMCO, MRF, L&T, TAFE, ASHOK LEYLAND, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, HCL, the RBI, etc., Dr. Rajan knew that any aspiring trainer needed a 360-degree understanding of the training industry, especially the varying needs of different corporates. Thus, was born his flagship program, IATD Train The Trainer.
