Rajkumar joined ITC from campus and has worked in the PPD division of ITC in multiple locations .Has HR experience leading in various initiatives from Organization design including building & scaling by talent onboarding to Leadership Development to effectively handling change management agenda during in service and manufacturing sector encompassing FMCG, FMCD, Consulting and Pharma having working exposure in multilocation in India .He has handled large team size up to 150 people reporting directly, as reviewer or as department/function head for companies/SBU. Worked with some of senior and respected Industry leaders in FMCG, Consumer Durable. Engineering and Pharma.  

From domain perspective, Rajkumar Arul has experience in M&A(TNT / Speed age), Manpower Budget( All Organization), Start-up(Pepsi), Organization design/transformation/Change Management( TNT,Randstad), Organization Development and Learning (TNT,Pepsi,Randstad,Cumi ), Industrial TNT/Randstad ) Industry Relations (Pepsi, Cumi), HR Tech(Cumi/TNT).Compensation &Benefit(TNT) and Labour Law Compliance(Pepsi.TNT Cumi).

In 2017, Rajkumar Arul founded an HR Consultancy company Eden associate specialising in HR effectiveness in Organisation, and Organisational transformation based out of Chennai.

Mr Rajkumar is a certified trainer from IATD and has conducted transformational programs on Business development, Front line sales retail , Performance Management , Leadership level 5 , basics of People Management , Basics of managing self , Basics of manging Business etc these programs have been well received by the leadership teams who have benefited in Chamber of commerce – NCC and prominent corporates ie TATAs , Pepsi PPMS BB Caps etc ,  in India  .
