Yatindra is a Banker – turned Instructional Designer, Corporate Trainer, and Career Counsellor.
After demonstrating unique inclusive leadership style blended with hard core simplicity and close connect with his team in Banking Industry for about 3 Decades, Yatindra decided to develop more such unique leaders through his culture-based tailor-made Training Modules and therefore left his corporate life with a strong will to devote rest of his life towards this mission. Yatindra strongly believes in the uniqueness of each, and every person born on this planet and has a strong belief that everyone can reach their full potential if being handheld and provided with required guidance & tools. Being a simple, optimist, result oriented individual, who is genuinely interested in the development and growth of people around him, Yatindra ensures that the participants properly understand learnings of his Training sessions for practically implementing in their day-to-day life to get desired results.
Yatindra is a Post-graduate in Physics and Business Administration specializing in Banking & Finance. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He started his career with Bank of India as Probationary Officer, switched to Private Sector Bank after 13 Years of fast-growing career. During his 10 plus years with Axis Bank Ltd and approx. 5 Years with Equitas Small Finance Bank, he established himself as one of the most liked Leader in Banking Industry. Given his experience, and in-depth understanding of the Corporate Training needs, he can develop & customize Training Modules specific to the client’s requirements. His sessions are multi-lingual with proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
He conducts Training Sessions on General Banking Knowledge, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Sales Skills, Efficiency Enhancement Program, Habit Transformation Program, and is open to develop customized Training Modules according to the needs of the Clients.
Genuine interest in development and growth of people around him motivated Yatindra to take regular training sessions for his Team Members and colleagues while working with Bank of India, Axis Bank and Equitas Small Finance Bank, which helped many Individuals in their Career growth and personality development. Yatindra also conducted many training sessions for Kisan Clubs in association with NABARD while working with Bank of India as DZM (Marketing), Khandwa Zone.
His sessions are interactive and engaging. Participants get connected with him easily and find themselves engaged in activities and discussions without much effort. Yatindra’s greatest strength is to understand psychology of individual participants during initial interactions & activities which leads his sessions to be more convincing for the participants, who easily grasp deep insight behind the activities, stories and metaphors used in the sessions and can easily relate them to their lives / work which automatically leads to the Transformation Journey.
