An honorary PhD holder in Education and Social work and a University Rank holder in Sociology from Karnataka State Open University, Uma Raghava served over 30 plus years in the field of Academics, been a Principal in an International School and Academic Director for an NGO. This experience and deep understanding of the motivation required in the Corporate field, Uma Raghava is able to customize the needs to the clients’ requirement and the sessions are multilingual with proficiency in English, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages.

She conducts training sessions on Stress Management, Memory Empowerment, Team Building and special training for teachers on communication skills and classroom management, and for students on overcoming exam fear and planning for exams, discipline and stress free study.
