Nasreen Banu is an IATD certified communication and soft skills trainer, kids engagement specialist and a professional speaker. 

Nasreen believes in connecting with people through games, stories, songs and all the essentials to make learning a fun experience. Her inspiring persuasive nature encourages participants to realise their inner potential leading to positive transformation. Nasreen believes that all her transformative workshops and classes are dynamic, energetic and result oriented.

 A distinction holder in M.Sc Microbiology from Bharathidasan University, Nasreen carries with her an array of experience which ranges from being a Science Faculty in T.I.M.E Institute to conducting Faculty Development workshops in schools. She is the founder of     Think Beyond School, an academy which helps children to learn communication and soft skills. Nasreen worked in a World Health Organization project and trained adolescent students in    5 Government schools around Puducherry. She helped children to overcome the problems of adulthood. Nasreen is able to tailor make training modules specific to the client’s need.

She conducts training sessions on communication, soft skills, leadership skills, time management skills, critical thinking, problem solving skills, team building, stress management etc. Her sessions have been game changers for numerous individuals from several leading organizations such as HSBC bank, CapGemini, RAAK international Higher Secondary School, Kamala Niketan, Saraswathy Vidyalaya, Paari matriculation school, SVM School, Growth school for kids etc.
