He has worked across various levels of management, managing diverse nationalities with distinct specific objectives. With vast experience in marketing, sales and training, he has ventured into the field of specialized training. 

Armed with over 50 years of life experience and 40 years of professional experience both in India and abroad, he is professionally trained to be a Coach, Motivator, and Trainer. He believes in sharing his learnings and experiences. He cherishes a desire to bring people out of mediocrity and inspire them to attain greater heights in life.  His mission is to transform young & midlife mediocre lives into growth    mind-set individuals for success in personal, professional, and entrepreneurial endeavours.

He is a science graduate from Bangalore University with a post-graduation in Marketing Management and Advertising (DMMA), IATD trained trainer & Arfeen Khan certified coach. A toastmaster with a successful track record and past member of networking groups like BNI & Entrebator. 

He is proficient in English, Hindi, & Kannada and comfortable speaking in Marathi & Tamil. He communicates to the target audience in a legible language.

Having worked in reputed companies like Bata, Asia Automotive, and Sarabhai Squibb he has honed his business & training skills. He started his career at the ground level with Bata and achieved a high by being a part of Novo’s team that introduced human insulins in India.

Abroad, he worked with major Medical and surgical companies like 3M, B Braun, and Bausch & Lomb (Storz). His part of the job was to train the Doctors and paramedical staff on the usage of medical and surgical equipment.  His job profile included Training, Planning, and Implementing growth plans for the company he worked for.

His trainees during the IATD coaching were from various backgrounds like bankers, business people, corporate employees, aspiring actors, engineers, Government employees and digital markets.

His training sessions are interactive and proactive with the active participation of the trainees.
